An excellent product with a lineup of all the vitamins to help strengthen my immune system.
I have to face facts, and it is winter here and every place ago, people are coughing, sneezing and passing germs around. I could pop a handful of vitamins but this blend is perfect and I was surprised that it also has calcium which I need. The gelcaps are medium to large size and the dosage is two a day. I take them in the morning with some fruit and let them work. The gelcaps are easy to swallow. It's hard to say whether these will help or not but this is the time of year I need a little more to boost my immune system.
This product takes the guesswork out of what do I need besides Vitamin C to boost my system. I do recommend this product.
