The softgels don't do as well for me, nor do the many other brands I've tried. LEF capsules are the only ones that keep my mood on track. Unfortunately, the seller from whom I bought my latest order sent me softgels, not capsules. When I complained, they said that softgels are all they carry. To which I replied: then change your listing and change the photo! They hinted that they wanted to receive the shipment back to make sure that what I claimed was theirs actually was theirs. This insinuation irritated me to no end. Then, they sent a replacement shipment that they didn't even tell me they were sending...and it also contained softgels. This hasn't all been sorted out with the seller yet, so I'll reserve judgment here, but suffice it to say that I'm not happy with the seller's behavior and will continue looking for LEF 1000iu capsules.
