Seem to be a legit supplement. Hard to tell without actually testing, but at face value, a great deal. No weird or off putting smell like some vitamins (especially old) have. Small, easy to swallow capsules that meet the RDA for the named vitamins. Label states they are GMO free, and manufactured to GMP standards. I would have no problem buying these again.
