These capsules are super soft, easy to swallow (even for me, Little Miss Gags-on-Every-Pill), and leave absolutely no aftertaste.
After about a week of taking them, two a day (following package directions), I'm noticing that my muscles and joints recover faster after exercise and occasionally lifting things too heavy for me. (My husband keeps telling me to wait and ask his help when he's at home, but I'm too impatient for that.)
My husband has tried these, too, and after two days, he said he felt a slight improvement in his joints. He's not entirely Mr. Skeptic when it comes to these kinds of products, but he's keen on carefully evaluating anything health-related. So, "slight improvement" is a pretty good endorsement from him.
I'll admit that I've watched far too many Dr. Berg videos, but since I fact-check them, I was pretty confident that I should add tocotrienols to my daily vitamins.
