These are great. I like the combination of D&K in one capsule and the added A is a plus. The capsules are easy to open I usually break one open and add the powder to coffee in a shaker. I take a teaspoon of olive oil along with if I haven't eaten before so there's oil in the system for the D.
After a month taking these I noticed my skin looked... looking for a word, clearer? Not clearer from breakouts, I don't have problem skin, just, overall... clearer. I already take oil with other supplements, so that's not a change, but I wasn't taking A before maybe that did it. Can't say for sure it's these capsules but the timing suggests probably and it's an unexpected and cool side effect.
Happy with purchase. Will buy again.
