Liked product but short expiration: 600 servings expire in 6 months, check dates before buying.
Satisfied with Vitamin A quality, frustrated by limited expiration window for bulk servings. Urges expiration verification beforehand.

There are 600 servings and only 180 days before it expires??? I wish I had asked the expiration before I purchased. Maybe ask before you purchase.
Vitamin Basics & Tips
Vitamin A plays a critical role in maintaining vision, immune function, and skin health. While supplements like the one reviewed can help meet daily needs, natural sources such as carrots, sweet potatoes, and spinach are equally important. The body stores fat-soluble vitamins like Vitamin A, so consistent overconsumption via supplements may lead to toxicity symptoms like dizziness or nausea.
Expiration dates on supplements reflect stability and potency loss over time. Factors like heat, light, and moisture accelerate degradation. For bulk purchases, consider splitting doses or opting for airtight containers. Always consult healthcare providers about dosage limits – adults typically require 700–900 mcg RAE daily, varying by age and pregnancy status.
Pro tip: Pair Vitamin A-rich foods with healthy fats (e.g., olive oil) to enhance absorption. For supplements, verify third-party testing certifications to ensure quality and accurate expiration labeling.
