Yikes! These are huge. I can swallow these, but for sure feel them going down. Need to rethink my IU's and go for two caplets that are smaller over this 1,000 IU monster gel cap. Not so sure it needs to be that large, needs carrier oil as vitamin E is oil soluble, so this is in an olive oil base, but does it need to be this big?? I will assume so, as I do trust the NOW brand and have never had any issue with quality or performance.
Reasonable price, as Vitamin E supplements tend to be a bit pricey. 100 gel caps per bottle and you take 1 per day with a meal.
