MAGNESIUM: ALTERNATE METHODS TO TAKE TO BYPASS STOMACH:
EPSOM SALTS is said to be an alternate way to avoid ingesting it orally, by soaking in these salts.
Another method is skin application by creme.

Since I've haven't tried these methods, I don't know if they may upset the stomach in the end.
You MUST monitor yourself with blood tests when taking any megadoses.
High Vit D dosages can make your Calcium levels too high, which is dangerous and painful, causing heart rhythm problems.
High Vit D doses can also cause electrolyte imbalances.
Make sure that all your blood levels are regularly monitored and normal according to your doctor.
