By far best vitamin C out there with Zinc. When feeling like I'm coming down with something I take it everyday for about a week and I feel great and actually pretty energized within a day. Otherwise I take it maybe every 2 - 3 days.
P.S. - (Good for hangovers or to avoid them.)
