Users appreciate B-Complex and greens but question high costs and eco-friendly tree-planting claims.
The product combines B-Complex vitamins and super greens effectively, but its tree-planting marketing raises doubts about cost justification and sustainability.

sapling Vegan Vitamin B Complex - Whole Food Blend with Essential B Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, Folate, B12-60 Caps
I always need my B-complex and the extra super greens tossed in are nice. Although I buy them in bulk at a much lower price and just mix them into a smoothie. I was interested in trying this product and the other ingredients seemed like a nice addition. It seems their main selling point is the plant a tree per bottle concept in deforested areas. I have no idea how they manage or control this and the oversight for it all. Are the trees planted at tree farm so a giant company can come and cut them down years later and make more profit for chopping them down? And what about all the care for tree to grow? are they watered and fertilized? Or just planted into a pot then sold a few months later? no idea how all that works and seems to be why they jack the price up so high. Seems all like marketing to me.
Vitamin Basics & Tips
Vitamin B-complex supplements, including B1, B6, and B12, play vital roles in energy production, nerve function, and red blood cell formation. They’re commonly found in whole grains, eggs, and leafy greens, but supplements can help those with dietary gaps. Deficiencies may cause fatigue, mood changes, or anemia.
Super greens like spirulina or kale powder add antioxidants and phytonutrients, enhancing overall wellness. When choosing supplements, check for third-party testing and bioavailable forms (e.g., methylcobalamin for B12). Pairing B vitamins with vitamin C or magnesium may improve absorption.
Eco-conscious branding, such as tree-planting campaigns, often appeals to ethically minded consumers. However, verifying certifications (e.g., Fair Trade) or partner organizations ensures accountability. Sustainable practices matter, but transparency about long-term ecological impact is equally crucial.
