These are fairly soft gummies with a sweet flavor. I couldn't really say what the flavor reminded me of, but it was pleasant enough I didn't mind it. A serving size is 3 gummies and they do have sugar so be mindful of that if you are limiting sugar!
I didn't notice any effects from it one way or the other. I'm not sure if the "bedtime botanicals" are meant to have one or not. Hopefully in the long term I will see some positive skin changes.
