This B- complex supplement by Livingood is loaded with various B vitamins, as well as Choline, Inositol, and PABA. I’ve learned that Choline supports Liver health, Inositol helps with blood pressure, and PABA assists the gut in producing Folic acid. What I really like about this supplement is that it contains high doses of b- vitamins, niacin, and Biotin. Taking this supplement slims down the total daily supplements I have to take, since it incorporates many supplements that I use daily (like biotin).
