I think this is an excellent A, D3, K2 supplement. Each purple colored capsule delivers 5,000 IU of A and D3, and 500 mcg of K2. All of these vitamins work in tandem to promote bone health and to help prevent Osteoporosis as we age. There are 90 capsule per bag which is a 3 month supply.
