Product itself is very good. Could not get the pump to "pop up" and operate. Had to unscrew the pump unit from the bottle, dry off the wide inner tube with a few paper towels, then tightly grip the white inner tube with a fresh paper towel while rotating the top pump dispensing nozzle counter clock wise; and it took quite a bit of force to "un-stick" the pump and get it to pop up.
