Well, as with most of these supplements, it’s hard to tell if they’re working. I’ve been taking this for a few days and my skin seems fine so at the least I can say they haven’t negatively affected me. However, I’m a little more prone to thinking these are beneficial because they’re made by VitaFusion, which is a pretty reputable and popular name brand. It’s kind of rough to think that way, but I would still inherently trust this more than a random no name brand.
As for the gummies themselves, they’re very soft and basically melt in your mouth. I was curious as to how blueberry lavender would taste (never would have thought of lavender as a flavor), but they’re actually really great tasting and I look forward to taking them every night before bed.
Overall, I think they’re working? Like I said, they’re not hurting, and my skin seems like it’s in pretty good shape, so for now I give these gummies a hesitant recommendation.
