I love it. Wasn't sure if it worked until everybody in my cubical got the flu and I was fine. I put a dropper full in a smart water 33.8 fl oz bottle and drink it during my work shift. Taste isn't the best but it adds a little razzle dazzle to my water so I can't complain. And I also love the fact that I don't have to take all of these vitamins separately.
