I’ve been taking Vitamin D3 K2 supplements for a while now. A lot of the Vitamin D3 supplements contain 5000IU in just one pill, but I prefer it at 2000IU or 2500IU. This supplement contains 2500IU of D3 and 100mcg of K2 in one softgel, so it’s perfect for me. The 120 softgel bottle will also last me a long time. If you prefer to take 5000IU of Vitamin D3 a day, you can just take 2 softgels. This supplement also contains natural coconut oil for better absorption, which I appreciate. I would recommend this product.
