I have to have blood work (labs) done at my doctor's office every 3 months for health reasons.... and saw a difference in my blood test results! Went from low in some of my stuff (like B12) to being in up in a normal range. So they helped! They work!
P.S. GET RID OF THE MINTY FRESH PACKET! I DO NOT WANT MINTY SMELLING/TASTING VITAMINS! especially cuz the flavor of the mint is weird & off... that packet thingy being mint just makes them gross! But other than that, no other complaints.
