My body will not tolerate oil suspensions of Vitamin E, so I can only take the dry form. I like that this one has mixed tocopherols, since the Alpha form is not optimal in large doses or on its own, but do not like that there's no breakdown on the nutritional formula to provide the basic ratios of the mixed forms. I purchased just one bottle and am tolerating this formula well. However, I expect to keep shopping for another Dry E formulated with known quantities of the mixed tocopherols.
