This one seems like it has excellent ingredients. My older daughter’s doctor recommended a b-vitamin supplement after showing lower levels of b vitamins in a recent blood test. My doctor is already on a lot of meds for various conditions, and rolled her eyes, exclaiming, “Yay… More pills…” her doctor said we should grab one in drop form.
