I work from home and I have been feeling sluggish lately. I was taking a different vitamin D supplement from my local store but saw how IU was in this and thought I’d try it since I haven’t been getting my sunlight because it’s extremely how outside with Al more everyday we have a heat advisory in the area. I started taking these and within 2 weeks, I started having energy again. I felt more of myself.
