I switched to these after using an inferior D3 and finally got better results tracked by blood work every 4 months. Initially I was deficient in Vit D-3 (19) so I started taking a different brand and the results were pathetic at best. After switching to this brand my score increased from 19 to 50+ in just 6 months. I’ve always known vitamin quality can vary so the only way to track is blood work and I now have my whole family on this brand.

Disappointing to see the price increase 3x since my last order 6 months ago.
Price/pill in now .11 which is the same as the higher quality D-3 with K2.
I’ll now switch brands.
