I have been regularly taking AREDS 2 supplements from various brands for years. I work on the computer quite a bit and need support for my aging eyes. The VisiVite AREDS 2 eye supplement has a good combination of vitamins to support my eye health that is comparable to the other brands that I have tried. This particular version leaves out vitamin E. I find that I get enough vitamin E from my multivitamin. This VisiVite eye supplement is a higher price than another one that I have taken regularly.
