I was taking Vitamin E 400 for my skin and hair with different brand previously, but when doctor recommend my husband to take vitamin E 1000 unit for his fatty liver, I decided to try this brand since Prime delivery brought it to us within a day.
When my husband got his liver test result back, it's very sad that fatty liver does not have anything medication for it yet. So when the doctor recommends that he should try Vitamin E 1000, he does not hesitate but taking it right away. I also take this every day for my skin because I have learned Vitamin E promotes healing, so that it can benefit anything inflamed or damaged tissues going on in the body.
So far we can say, the soft gel is good to swallow. It does not smell like medicines or anything. No side effects so far comparing to other supplements I have taken. And great news are my husband's liver are getting better after his recent ultra sound.
