Loyal user praises Vitamin A's sweet taste and K2/D3 blend for rapid leg cramp relief, notes bottle color inconsistencies.
4-time rebuyer enjoys non-chemical taste and workout energy boost but seeks clarity on inconsistent amber/clear bottle variations from manufacturer.

Zinc Quercetin Vitamin C D3 Liquid Immune Support with Vitamin A K2 Echinacea Chlorophyll and Elderberry - 9in1 Immune Defense Drops Complex for Immunity Health Respiratory Health - 60 Servings
I think I'm on my 4th or 5the bottle. I like the taste, it's simply a slightly sweet glycerin taste - not at all like any vitamin or metal or chemical taste at all to me. I have noticed some inconsistencies in the bottles though. I have seen one bottle was light amber and another bottle was clear. I would like an explanation from the manufacturer about this since I've seen other users report differences too.
It does give me mild energy to sustain some pretty challenging workouts. But I mostly use this for the K2 & D3 to stop leg cramps if I do repeated micromovements. Nothing works instantly like this does and I've even tried K2 & D3 patches.
Vitamin Basics & Tips
Vitamin A plays a critical role in vision health, immune function, and cellular communication. When combined with vitamin D3 (as in this supplement), it enhances calcium absorption – a process further optimized by vitamin K2's ability to direct calcium to bones rather than arteries. This trio supports both musculoskeletal health and cardiovascular systems.
Natural vitamin A sources include liver, sweet potatoes, and spinach, while synthetic forms like retinyl palmitate are common in supplements. The observed bottle color variations (amber vs clear) likely relate to light-protective packaging or different stabilizers – amber glass typically preserves potency by blocking UV light. Leg cramp relief may stem from improved calcium metabolism and neuromuscular regulation via the K2/D3 combination.
Daily vitamin A requirements are 900mcg RAE for men and 700mcg RAE for women. Overconsumption can cause toxicity symptoms like dizziness and joint pain. Always consult healthcare providers when combining multiple fat-soluble vitamins (A/D/K) to avoid hypercalcemia or nutrient imbalances.
