I've been taking Livegis for over a month now. I was looking for a supplement to help support my Vitamin D3 deficiency that also included vitamin K2. This bottle contains 90 easy to swallow softgels. It's suggested to take 1 softgel once a day, which will get me through for 3 months. Each softgel is 10000 IU D3 & 200 mcg K2.
