The product itself is fine, high quality. BEWARE AMAZON's retail put ups. I routinely order the "pack of 3". The last two times I ordered and paid for the pack of three, I received a pack of one. Very frustrating. I haven't had this kind of mistake from other online retailers. 'mon Amazon, I've been with you since 1997, and even worked there. This isn't your style. The only thing worse is the customer service to replace it last time was like pulling teeth. Has Amazonpaeaked? I don't know, but it is NOT worth the "convenience" of order a three pack.
