Revision: Updated review to 5/5 stars. This company has some of the best customer service I've ever seen in my life in ANY industry! Tim (the owner at DACHA) contacted me himself to make things right. I fully understand that once in a while manufacturing snafus may occur. Tim assured me that the manufacturing process would be examined thoroughly to help avoid this situation ever happening again. Despite the issues I had with my bottle, all of their products I've tried are extremely high quality. These guys and gals go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Thank you, DACHA!
Old Review: I'm not sure whether something went wrong in manufacturing or not, but when I first got the product I noticed an empty capsule on the very bottom. At first I didn't think anything of it, because 1 is no big deal. On the third day I popped another empty capsule into my hand and started to get concerned. I decided to empty the entire bottle into a bowl and in the end found 23 COMPLETE empty capsules and 5 that were open (with no supplement dust to be found in the bottle, so they were empty when they were placed into the container). That's right, out of 200 capsules, 28 of them were empty! For those of you playing along at home, that's FOURTEEN PERCENT! Over 1/8th of the capsules contained nothing! Absolutely unacceptable!
