I really like this supplement although I have to take 2 pills to get the full serving. It includes all the B vitamins that my doctor says I need (my B levels were low) plus it includes vitamin C which I also need. So it makes it much easier to get exactly what I need. I've noticed, too, that my energy levels are a little higher which is great. This is one of the better supplements, at least in my opinion, and one that I've added to our normal routine. I prefer to take only those supplements that my doctor says I have to take instead of taking a multivitamin which may or may not include exactly what I need and my actually include things I don't need. These work for me and I think the quality is excellent. I truly notice a difference if I forget to take them for a few days.
