My doctor recommended that I take a B complex vitamin but did no specify which one. I chose this one based on reviews but wish I hadn't. It is unbelievably disgusting to take, makes me feel nauseous, smells awful and some reviews suggst it is overkill in terms of quantity. Not for me and as it is not returnable it is my loss.
Updated 3/31/2025. Updated my review to 5 star because not only did the supplier give me a full refund, but they followed up to enquirer the lot . In the circumstances it would be grossly unfair to maintain a one star review. Top marks for excellent customer support
